Our Collective Duty to Prevent Child Abuse

Other factors include: financial stress, substance or alcohol abuse, little access to help, a history of domestic violence in the family or childhood abuse. Most child fatalities from physical abuse involve an unskilled parent or care taker with substance abuse problems and personal histories that include domestic violence .. "
